- MIDDLE EAST HOSPITAL – Beirut Ramlit Al Baida – 11 floors building +Basements (Labs ,X-Ray, etc.). Around 300 beds.
- CEDIM MEDICAL CENTER – Beirut Surburbs – Furn El Chebak, a new very Advanced Center for ERM, Echography and X-Rays. 3 Floors.
- TIBNIN HOSPITAL – The hospital started with 65 Beds in Tibnin – South Lebanon Now it accommodates around 150 Beds. (Complete MEP Design & Execution by MASS & Engineer Ali Hijazi Office).

Solar System Projects
MASS successfully implemented the solar power system at Beirut Arab University (BAU) with a total capacity of 500 kilowatts peak (KWp) in an on-grid configuration. This undertaking involved the meticulous planning, installation, and integration of solar panels, ensuring seamless connectivity to the grid. Also, we’ve achieved a successful implementation of the Solar Hybrid System at this project with capacity of 30 kilowatts peak (KWp). The esteemed client for this project was Caritas Poland, an organization headquartered in Warsaw. This collaboration underscores MASS’s commitment to providing reliable solar solutions to diverse institutions and contributing to the advancement of environmentally conscious initiatives.
